Header Elements

The header of a site is super important and it's a great location to add vital messaging that can inform and help your users. We've taken the most commen requests and implemented them in Miami...
Global Message
zero1-global-message
This is what you see at the very top of the page, stating "Get 10% off when you create an account"
This has proven to be a very useful way to inform users about specific promotions / deals / delivery info that they won't miss
- Go to Admin > Content > Blocks
- Create a new block
- Add a name that you will easily find in future
- Important! - Make sure the block identifier is zero1-global-message
- Add your content and Save

Extra Header Link
zero1-extra-header-link
This is the help link within the header as shown below. This is a great position to add a custom link that's vital to improving UX and customer service
Top Tip! Think about how prominent this is and why it's there; we recommend only adding important CTA's such as help, contact number etc; not "About Us"
- Go to Admin > Content > Blocks
- Create a new block
- Add a name that you will easily find in future
- Important! - Make sure the block identifier is zero1-extra-header-link
- Add your content and Save

USPS (Unique Selling Points)
zero1-usps
We all need them (even John Lewis) and they're there to serve users with important help and information
We generally find these to be a great way to show users delivery details, review ratings, money back guarantees etc. It's also a great way to give your users confidence if they're a first time buyer
Top Tip! Don't litter this with info that's not relevant or helpful to your users
- Go to Admin > Content > Blocks
- Create a new block
- Add a name that you will easily find in future
- Important! - Make sure the block identifier is zero1-usps
- Add your content and Save
